The benefits of investing in trees are long-term because your investment lasts for several decades, you have no obligation regarding the investment itself because EatFruit does everything for you and the return on investment each year is significantly higher than traditional investments.
Can I and who can invest in EatFruit LLC?
Of course, any domestic and foreign individual, as well as domestic and foreign companies, can invest in EatFruit invest and become an investor.
Where are my EatFruit trees kept?
Your trees are kept in the northwestern part of Serbia, in Mačva, in the village of Culjković, near Šabac.
Is investment in EatFruit a liquid investment?
Investing in Eatfruit Invest is not liquid, although it is a long-term investment. It takes time for the trees to reach maturity, for the investment to be repaid, and for them to start generating passive income.
What is the minimum investment amount?
The minimum investment is an investment in one pear tree in the amount of 75 euros or in one hazelnut tree in the amount of 200 euros.
How can I deposit my investment?
You can deposit your investment via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
After investing, when exactly do I receive my payouts?
EatFruit LLC pays you money once a year, after the harvest.
How do I receive payments from EatFruit LLC?
EatFruit LLC will make payments via bank transfer to your account or via PayPal, regardless of which country you are located in.
How is the profit divided after the entire investment is repaid?
After the investment has been fully repaid, the profit shall be divided in a 70:30 ratio in favor of the Investor. The Investor shall receive 70% of the profit, and EatFruit LLC shall receive 30%.
Do I have to do anything after investing?
The answer is no. The investor has no obligations after investing and EatFruit does everything, from start to finish.
On our property, we plant, grow, harvest, pack, store and sell the fruit. After the fruit is sold, the investor is paid a profit every year.
