Current farmland site is 85.5 ha and prepared for multi tonne annual production. Site is equipped with latest agro technological machines and professional work force. The farmland is divided into 57.5 ha of hazelnut plantations, 18 ha of pear orchards, and 6.5 ha of raspberry fields. The site is also equipped with a 200-tonne cold storage unit.

There is something almost symbolic about the fact that Milan Mačvan, a man who built his career on basketball courts across Europe, now directs his energy toward the land - quite literally. At a time dominated by technology and quick profits, he has turned to something slower, yet fundamentally tangible - food production.
